How can I place an order?
Once you have found the product you want, it’s time to place your order!

• When ordering through the product screen you can enter the quantity of products that you want in the quantity field and click ‘Add to Cart’.
• Clicking on the ‘Add to Cart’ button will take you to your Shopping Cart screen where you’ll see a list of the products you’ve selected, the price, quantity, subtotals and grand total.
• Once you’ve added all products into your shopping cart, click Proceed to checkout
• Enter billing and shipping information
• Provide payment information
• Review and submit your order
• Check the Sales Order Summary

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept payments via Master Card, Visa Card.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we are using secure payment methods.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

How do I create an account?

Please click on “My Account” in the footer and fill in your personal particulars.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed within 12 to 18 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Time stated is based on Pakistan Time (PST/GMT +5hours). However, if your order is ready for dispatch early, we ship it asap.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

The Standard courier delivery time frame is approximately 2 – 4 working days and the Express courier is approximately 1 – 2 working days. This is applicable only to all Pakistan deliveries. For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. Rough ball park figure would be around 8 – 12 working days.
